Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer
I think Artemis Fowl is a book that requires a lot of concentration to read. The plot is a little more complicated then most children's books. The authors development of the characters is fantastic that leads to a book that is very difficult to put down. A book that can be a little difficult to read in places but definitely worth 4 out of 5 stars.
Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer
I much prefer Artemis Fowl to Harry Potter the characters are developed using the authors fantastic sense of humour. The characters are so imaginative, the main ones being Artemis who is a child genius and an arch villain. Artemis Fowls bodyguard Butler who is devoted to his young charge and will do anything to keep him safe. Add this to Artemis Fowls enemies who include the fairy police and you have a mad roller coaster of a book that is worth more than 5 out of 5.
